A release form must be signed prior to the start date of camp. You can email Sandy and she will send you a
copy. Please have it signed and returned to Sandy on or before the first day of camp.

Once this form has been submitted, please send $100 non refundable deposit to reserve your camp date. This
online registration will hold your spot for 10 days to allow time to submit your deposit. The balance of $150 will
be due prior to the start date of your camp.
